Pricing Questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, the price difference is adjusted. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do my members have to pay for the app?
That is up to you. You purchase member licenses in bulk. You can include app access as a free perk to boost retention, or sell licenses to your members at any price you set.
What happens when my subscription expires?
There is a grace period so your members are not cut off immediately. You will receive reminders before expiry, and you can renew from the dashboard or enable auto-renewal.
Can I add more member slots without upgrading?
Yes. You can purchase add-on slots (25, 50, or 100) on top of your current plan without switching tiers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled through Razorpay. We support UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI options for larger amounts.
